    Anyone else's seat belt light not go out? I think I'm just going to pull the bulb. Its not like the seat belt input has any effect on airbag operation.

    Mobil 1 IS synthetic. GTX is one of the better dino-oils around. Check out Bob for some decent information. I use Mobil 1 and AC Delco filters (I'd use M1 filters, but they are $10 a hit) in everything I drive. Its simply a superior oil.

    Gear and Clutch Recommendations for 97 Cobra

    Looking to switch to a 3.73 FDR and to pick up a new clutch and flywheel. Ford Racing has a 3.73 ring and pinion for $190. I can get a rebuild kit from Ratech for $120 (ALL new bearings and seals). For a clutch....I'm also looking at Ford Racing....their HD King Cobra unit...they say it...

    Good to know about the speedo gears. Some of the noise I think is coming from a grumpy bearing on the input shaft......plus, there seems to be a fair bit of backlash in the rear end. Whoever built the rear end I don't think really knew what they were doing....both the pinion seal and rear...

    THe answer I sent to Larry in response to his PM...... CEL = Check Engine Light. This comes on when there is a DTC (Diagnoistic Trouble Code) stored in the PCM. Using this code gives you a starting point when diagnosing a car. So did this right after you put a A?F gauge on? I'm guessing...

    '05 M3 or '04 Cobra

    I'm voting for The Ultimate Driving Machine.......as it would have a lot more usefulness to it I think....and really isn't a slouch either....it is rated at 333 hp @ 7900 rpm and hits 60 in 4.8 seconds. But thats me.......go and drive the **** out of both of them!
