    i just did :) thats what made me decide to ask. maybe people suggest certain gapping for setups? my friend told me the NGK had really good plugs. he uses them on his camaro. does discount auto stock NGK plugs? or even pep boys.. as a last resort (yuck)

    i keep reading ads in summit and jegs etc etc etc of new kinds claiming increased power throughout the whole band etc. i dont see how it could help THAT much. but hey. has anyone seen a dyno before/after? or installed one and seen a difference? you never know. little stupid things always...

    im sure it was in nutreual during testing. so that cant be the reason for the #67. and i tried to start the car without the clutch pressed in, no turning over. so... i dont know :shrug: :shrug:

    ok im going to go pick up two o2 sensors today (should be done anyways) and cap and rotor. maybe sparkplugs while im at it and ill try the starting without the clutch today ill get back to you guys. thanks

    **** **** ****. very sorry. im brainless today forgot to mention.. NEW FOX 1990 mustang LX, v8 5.0. lots of mods. this wasnt the '86 ALSO! when he did the running self test. it didnt go.... the scanner said to check the manual on that blah blah. why wouldnt it do the 60 seconds...

    the stang i just bought have the vacuum for the EGR valve just blocked off. some people say its useless. ive heard its for cooling something or other? help me out here? should i put it back? thanks derek

    warped flywheel, replacing FW, clutch, pres plate, T/O bearing. give suggestions

    well. im planning on taking it to the track to run the 1/4. i want speed speed speed. and im going to build this engine up to get as much power as i can without boring the block. maybe ill go with a steel one. it does save me $100 anyways i guess :shrug: ill ask my mechanic friend tomorrow...
