    I am on the side that says 500 is plenty. I put a 550 on my stock 289 and had to jet it down a little to make it happy.

    If it were my car, I would get the radiator for a car that came with a/c and still out an electric fan on it. Only because I like to drive my cars...a lot and I like the effectiveness of an electric fan.
