    Sounds like you should just get a 99 Cobra is you want something that already has IRS. Eitherway, the 05 is much more refined. The interior is much nicer looking and less plasticy. If you want more comfort, choose the 05.

    I think with your track/road racing look a spoiler is needed. I love wingless but I think with how extreme your cosmetics are, it's best to keep it. Even a Cobra R bench would be decent.
