    All depends on your ability. I had never done a cams/springs swap so it took me a couple of days. If you have the right tools it's pretty straight forward.     School Me on tuning please

    I believe you have to get the previous owner return his car to stock with this tuner before you can use it, then his tunes can be deleted. Once all your stuff is on the tuner, then it's easy to return your car to stock. Just plug it in and put your "Return to Stock" tune back on.

    GT500 front end List in post above about covers it. Just need to cut connectors off 7R3Z14290EA WIRING HARNESS, for fog lights and replace on existing fog lamps wires (might need to extend existing wires or have long leads on the GT500 connectors). Rest pretty straight forward.

    I got mine at a Ford dealer who's parts guy was real helpful and paid about $1200.00 last summer. I expect prices have likely gone up. Another $ 300.00 went for painting. lenko
