    JBA LT rattling

That's a good suggestion. You could also get a set that fits properly. It surprises me that a company like JBA would put out a header that has tubes that rest against the frame. I understand tolerances and all, but lets get a little better than that.

    JBA LT rattling

Panhandle, Aren't you pleased with the R&D work that your first two major parts vendors did for you? That being JBA and the Mustang Tuning. They need to make it right...

06 mustang tuning deep dish offset WRONG

There are some variances in the caliper dimensions on the '06s compared to the '05s since Ford is reportedly using three different vendors to meet supply demands.

    Vista Blue Interior Pictures

Vista Blue isn't offered on the interior. :D <-- Hey, what's up with my 'big grin?' Just messing with you - good luck with your dilemna.

06 mustang tuning deep dish offset WRONG

That seems so cheap that they are just 'going with it' and not creating a new wheel with the proper backspacing to fit without the use of a spacer. They will probably be fine though.

    My Turn

Congrats! Here's some nanners...  If you can hear rocks clanking, that usually means they hit up in the wheel wells where they can't do any damage. I know what you mean though - I hate that sound.

Ordered 06 end of last month...BIG question

Are you sure about that? What color is the exterior?

    Wheel Options

Thanks! Oops, sorry. They are the no. 1 choice, the ROH Drift Rs (19x9/19x10). I lowered my car slightly using H&R springs (1"F/.75"R).

    Wheel Options

I would probably (and did) go with these: $1200 for the wheels, and a little bit more than that for tires.

    She's finally here!!

Congrats! Looks great without the spoiler. Enjoy modding it! Obligatory nanners:

    SS front bumper painted.

When the GT-R came out, I thought it looked like rice. Then I remembered that old yellow Boss 302 (?) with the same paint scheme. My thoughts now are that they should have painted both hoods. :D I just don't get the black hood thing, but I sure see an awful lot of imports done that way...

    275/40R18 on the front?

275/40-17 is about 1.5" shorter than the '05-'06 factory rolling stock. There is already one guy running them with no problems, but I chose to stick closer to the new diameter for more road cushion, so to speak. I would think your offset would be close enough to work, and it has probably been...

    275/40R18 on the front?

No, I have the same setup as you - I saw your wheels long before I got my car. :) Your car, along with that yellow and black one and srichards car put me over the edge. Looks great!

Vista has arrived! Few concerns though!

Congrats! Enjoy it!   Don't worry about the mufflers - mine were way off when I got them, but now they're perfect. Just loosen them up, straighten them and re-tighten. It was a big deal to me because I'm keeping the stock mufflers, so I was relieved that it...

    275/40R18 on the front?

Thanks! No issues at all, under any conditions so far. ROH 'Drift R' wheels: Front - 19x9 with 275/35-19 and 35mm offset Rear - 19x10 with 295/35-19 and 45mm offset Close-up:

    275/40R18 on the front?

Wow, those are short. SN95 rubber right there... Any speedo problems?

    275/40R18 on the front?

I have 275/35-19 BFG KDW tires in the front of my '06 on a 9" rim. Works fine, and doesn't tramline much at all.

    Wheel question.

Those are actually the ones that require front spacers to clear the calipers.

20's on the new stang? Performance vs Looks?

They are ROH Drift Rs (19x9/19x10), and I got them from Group A Autosports.

Do current so called "cold air intakes" really give any power?

I don't like the looks of most of the CAI kits, so I will probably test your theory and maybe get a drop in K+N panel filter and an SCT tune. I like the factory appearance.
