    sounds like your clutch switch is bad. The brake light circuit runs through it for the cruise control cut out. Thats where i'd start.

    the 2k explorer has the fuel pressure regulator mounted in the fuel tank. You can keep the rail you have and simply mount the fuel pressure regulator next to the fuel tank so only one line runs up front. Thats how I have mine ran.

    Id highly recommend adding a grounding strap to the core as well. I have seen many new ones fail due to electrolysis.

    41psi with vac off and 39 with vac on is a major problem. You should be around 32psi or so with the vac line hooked up. Unless of course you cam gives you literally no vacuum.

    just seeing this. It doesn't matter a manual or auto 94-95 mustang ecu will work. I usually get the auto ecu's as they are more readily available and usually cheaper. It makes no difference. yes you only move the 3 pins as detailed in the write up.

    yea take that off and throw it in the trash toss a moates quarterhorse on it and actually tune it also i see you have an msd distributor. Take that off and pitch it in the trash as well and upgrade to an oem stock replacement distributor. egt is useless on an na gas engine

    if you have tfs heads on a 306 then you will peg the 19lb injectors if you have the stock injectors and stock maf then you should not have fueling problems. At idle your maf voltage should be around 1.2-1.5 maf volts depending on your cam. No way its at 0.6 volts you must be measuring it...
