    This is just a total wild guess, but maybe the pcv check valve or filter is clogged up? The filter is in the intake just below the pcv valve, and it's really hard to get to but they can get clogged up and cause problems.

    You can try adjusting the brake booster piston rod. If you remove the two master cylinder bolts and pull the master cylinder forward carefully you can access the piston.     FRPP Borla Stingers Installed! Few questions.

    Welding does ensure you won't have leaks, but if you need to remove parts of the exhaust for any reason you won't be able to unless you cut the pipes. Honestly, I've had mufflers and other exhaust parts on my car for over a year with clamps and no exhaust leaks to date.
