    Strengthing Rear End Questions

    I was getting 1.69 sixty footers with 3.73 gears and a girdle with lakewood uppers and lowers on a rearend that had 125,000 miles. Stock axels, 4cylinder springs. This was with m/t drag slicks launching at about 3,000 rpm. Just my 2 cents.

    O.K. It has a wix oil filter on it. Also upon further inspection it sounds like it might be coming fron the catalitic converters on the drivers side.
