ones that fit an 88 vert would be best, i think these are for 05. DAGGAR, thanks for moving this and putting up the list:nice: . do you recomend full lenght or no? do you have a recomendation off this list for me.
for my vert, i have a gift certificate to summit. they carry 4 different weld in styles, wich is the best as far as what they sell, and are they all full length. the fms ones look good. does anyone here run any of these? thanks guys for your help.
I ordered one of those harness kits from that link you posted. it is a 4 wire set up and a buddy is giving me a 94 maf. i see you recomend this maf but is it a 4 or a 5 wire connector. will it work with this pigtail?
is my belt slipping, its damn tight and doesnt have much play. the alt. is a 130 amp convertion and charges fine. above 4k the lights will dim and the battery light will come on. should i try a shorter belt or is something funky going on?
i have that valve but it does not seem to function if i blow through it on either end. i cant imagine that it is bad, it seemed to work fine last season.
the plugs are close, but that valve should be run between bap and the intake right? the only way the car seems to run right is with that valve removed.
i have an 88 sd with a vortech set up. i rebulit the motor this winter and the only different parts i added were headers and a cobra intake. everything else is the the same with the exception of a fresh longblock. you have to give it a little gas right at startup and hold it for a second and...
its all preference. in have a autometer oil, water, and boost in the center vents and i think it just looks slick like it belongs there. harder to see while at wot, ya prob.. but i still think a pillar pods belong in civics. just my opinion.
um ok, i appreciate the disertation on the physics of the egr system. not being rude but its not my first time under the hood of a automobile. its a simple ques. deserving of a short and sweet answer. removing egr valve and associated plumbing seems to be common practice here in the mustang...
my set up, 88 speed density with a s/c. im not concerned with eliminating the egr itself but i want to ditch all the plumbing. the pump was already removed and hoses are cut and plugged. also the egr tubes themselves are plugged with carbon, so probobly not functioning at all anyways. will i...
i see the 130 amp conversion kits on ebay, i belive they are out of 94-95 mustangs. is this a direct bolt in and splice the the new pigtail? anyone who has been down this road let me know, and what is a fair price for a used kit? thanks.
