    You will likely need to rejet the carb if not buy a bigger one to get all the power out of it you need.

    It sounds like the fuel mixture is way off and the ECU is changing what the injectors are doing, causing the RPMs to climb to keep the engine alive. Could be a bad injector, coil pack or even the o2 sensors.

    I've actually had this problem off and on in my Mustang for about a year and a half. I just had it happen this weekend. Pushing on the glass from the top while hitting the switch did it.

    Poppy, a second H cross over in exhaust is very uncommon but they have been done on various performance exhausts. It is usually to eliminate drone or undesired exhaust turbulence at a certain speed/rpm.

    You can reuse your old intake manifold bolts if you still have them. If not, there are plenty of places that sell bolt kits. If you want to spend a little more money on a nice set of bolts, order a set from ARP. Definately put RTV around the water jackets.

    One thing you can do is upgrade your ignition system. An MSD box with a duraspark and a good coil will help. Also, since you are making so much more power, a larger radiator might be in order.........

    Sounds like a fuse to me. When you say you checked the fuses and none seem to have blown, that sounds to me like a visual inspection. You need to check them with a multimeter or a test light.

    I posted on how I did my bushings a long time ago. They were regular. The bushing comes out with the metal sleeve. The new bushing goes in fairly easily. I can try and dig my post up about how I did it if you want.
