    For those of you who don't yet have a FRPP aluminum driveshaft

    how long do you think till there's an aftermarket drive shaft for the '05. That two piece shaft robs a lot more power (relatively) than a one piece steel shaft.

    no real mods, first thing I did was probably the tint, then the grill delete and taillights.

    I've seen a trailer hitch on the SN95s so I'm sure it's only a matter of time until one is made for the 5th(?) generation. I don't know how well you could hide it, and of course you would be very limited in towing capacity since it's a unibody. It would probably be enough for your needs though.

    not that way, you have to order the IUP if you get the side airbags, not the other way around.

    from all accounts, ford's engineers certainly outdid themselves this time. The only complaints I've heard so far is aesthetics, and nothing negative from the owners yet ;)

    I've found it's better to try and get the good deals from large dealers that sell on volume. The small ones won't negotiate unless they're desperate, they're also less likely to let you walk out though.

    I guess people who say that just don't get it :shrug: I love working with my hands and making something better. It's not really about performance to me, it's more about showing I took the time to do this stuff and picked quality components for my personal car.

    it's still really tempting after this promotion... I'm still going to mod the hell out of the '04 but when it's paid off I may have to look into a new one. I was going to get a truck and leave the '04 as a weekend/race car, but who knows.
