    Go with the electric fan. I did, now no more heating up issues, stays at 182* in traffic with 90+ Maryland heat and humidity. Very happy with the e-fan. Good luck....

    Trick Flow intake owners, I need your help

    You need to use a box end 10 or 11mm (I can't remember which) wrench for the front with the distributor cap off for clearence, and you can get a small twelve point socket on the back just barely enough to tighten it down. That's how I did mine. Hope that helps, good luck to you.

    I'd also go back to the 180 stat. From what I've seen on here from prior posts, and my own experience the 160's don't cool as well as the 180. With the mods you have I'd assume you have a mechanical temp guage so that you get a real reading, the stock guage is kind of funny. Good luck to you.

    I've heard that you can get it up high enough without pulling it, but if you are going to disconnect everything to lift it, I'd just pull it out completely. Just my two cents. Good luck.

    Thanks jhonda. Yes when I turn the key to on but do not start it I hear the pump prime, but the guage reads 0 psi. It does start pretty easy with no problems to speak of. I think I will order a new guage. Thanks again for the quick reply.

    Absolutely, check out Brian's troubleshooting section, it has some good things to check/rule out. Do you have the controller with the temperature set knob, or the jumpers? If you turn the AC on does the fan go on to 50% power? Make sure you follow the directions word for word. Good luck...

    noslow1986, Are you saying that when you take the upper intake off the gasket and spacer are wet on the inside on the back half of the intake? Mine is doing exactly that also. Hopefully someone else has had this problem and can offer a fix.

    You shouldn't need a spacer at all, but you can't use the same lug nuts from your stock wheels (if that's what you had on there). The ones you need are rather long, because the studs don't stick out beyond the holes for the lug nuts. Hope that helps....

    Painting interior - How many cans? (Hatchback)

    I used one can of the interior lacquer, and one can of the vinyl spray from 50resto. also, and it turned out really well. Just make sure you clean everything with prep solvent first, any grease or oil with make it fish eye and look bad. Good luck..
