    I had the same problem with my 06 GT, the rumbling sound and all. I had it fixed under warranty (TSB- 05-20-2.) This TSB calls for repalcement of the ring and pinion. Check with your Ford dealer and ask about this TSB. Problem solved:nice: Faspony
