    which heads....

If I had to pick between those 3 (which have been the ones I've been looking at for a while), I'd probably go with the AFRs simply due to their outstanding feedback. I don't think I've ever heard anyone being disappointed with them. I'm not the head expert, hell I haven't even saved enough to...

    Headers,

Yuuup, make sure you have nice aftermarket exhaust or the exhaust gases will still be restricted and it won't do too much for you.

    Radio Installation Pics wanted

There's my dash. The only two reasons I can think of not to put it there would be theft issues and originality issues...which can be two MAJOR issues I guess depending upon your goals and where you live. I live in a small town and the car was already far from stock, so I chose the dash out of...

Need advice on getting a classic Stang

Don't assume you can sell it what you got it for, it all depends on the market or finding the right buyer. I'm not saying there's no way you could turn around and sell it without less, but don't take it for granted as a backup plan. Looks to be a good car to fix up, but the things you can...

    newbie needs help

Well to answer your question to the letter, the BEST upgrade available would be a coilover setup from TCP (I don't know how that works...do they have parts around anymore) or Global West. You could drop a couple grand eassssy if you want "the best". Most of us however, go with the setup...

    Enlighten me...

My best guess will be that everyone is trying to get into the fast lane, assuming it will be the fastest, and thus more people are merging into that lane and leaving the middle lane. And...I'm not sure what you mean on the second part.

    WYOTECH vs UTI

My best buddy is goin to UTI in Arizona, he starts classes on Monday I believe. I don't know a whole lot, so I won't open my mouth and give you a bunch of wrong info, I just wanted to throw in that he researched both and chose UTI.

Where can I get an OEM type radiator top right bottom left?

If that doesn't work out, mustangs plus and NPD I know for sure both have stock replacements in 3 and 4 core.

    tires for my 68 mustang

Rim size? I have always liked a decent amount of sidewall on ole stangs, I don't think I'd use more than 16" rims. Try and get the widest, or fairly wide tires on the back, if you have plans for more power, you'll want some big tires. I definately wouldn't stay with little 205s. my .02

    Coil spring compressor questions

1.) there should be two long arms and two short arms (im assuming this is an inside type). On one side have the long arm up top and the short arm on the bottom and vice-versa on the other side. {\|\; \|\ \|\ ;\|\} if that makes any sense. Ugh I can't get my little drawing to...

    Hints on improving rear end

New suspension will make the biggest difference. Subframe connectors will also make the car stiffer and more stable.

    Suspension rebuilding tips?

Yea, take the time to figure that spring compressor out, I never understood it. The bottom of the big screw would just sit on the perch and slipped and shot out when there was too much pressure on it. Check, recheck, and check again the template for the shelby drop. Everyone has their own...

    Best Spark Plug wires???

Everyone has their own opinions on this, almost everyone uses something different. Stick with a good set of wires (MSD, taylor, accel, FMS, etc) and you'll be fine.

    Oil Brand & Weight Revistited

Well, I'd think the builder would know best. Engines with really tight tolerances, such as new cars, real thin oil. Any reason for wanting to change?
