    Le Sad... :( I love my Ranger, carry the canoe, go camping, carry two MTBs correctly, load up the YZ, and throw the dog in the back no sweat. The 3.0 has no HP and even less torqque, but it does the job, and it's a 5-speed to boot! :nice:

    When did this bull **** enter the debate... Ford doesn't have a clue about damage control... Counterfeit parts aren't what this debate is about... Hell the LEGITIMATE parts that WE as Mustang (Hope I don't get sued for that last one there) enthusiasts are buying through LEGITIMATE businesses...

    Are all Ford 8.8 3.73 gears the same?

    For aftermarket, Motive is now making some gear sets for Ford 3:55/3:73 They are notated as Ford with the partnumber 373M or 355M (M signifies Motive made them)

    It's a tough call, legislation isn't anywhere near as fast as current internet/data technology so technically certain things like looking up how to convert an M4/AR15 to fully automatic aren't illegal... But as the recent AOL fugg up demonstrates, you aren't very hidden when it comes to...

    +1 Considering that CIA/FBI have computer programs that sniff out tagged words such a "fully automatic" you might as well just give up. Add to the fact that google caches EVERYTHING I wouldn't continue your quest. :(
