    #2 & #3 synchro's take a beating in general. I'd say ease up on the 3/2 downshifts or you'll lose the #2 synchro altogether. Personally, when I do a 3/2 downshift, it's at about 20mph. Downshifting, as a habit, saves break pad wear but does wear on the clutch disc. What's easier/cheaper to...

    I'm thinkin' your 3 row Pep Boys radiator is just that.... 3 small rows. There are good 2 row radiators out there that will outflow some of these more inexpensive 3 row units. Just throwing that out there. GT

    This is entirely possible. My Fiore pieces came with an instruction sheet to modify the OEM cable. Seems I also printed out one from MM's site as well. They were a little clearer. Wasn't it just the removal of a plastic ring w/ 4 prongs on it?? GT

    I have the same adj/quadrant set as well as an OEM cable. I have it set so there is about an inch (or maybe a little more) clutch freeplay. Works very well and has been trouble free for 4 yrs now. Seems like there is a good inch of thread showing at the firewall adjuster. GT

    Go to MM's website and look close. There is 1 aftermarket exhaust they list that will clear the panhard rod kit. Be sure it's not yours. GT

    Sounds like a slow leak at this point. These things don't get better and yes, it will eventually speed up some and can leak down the inner face of the firewall and destroy carpet. Go back to Ford for the replacement core. GT

    Use the MAF sensor cleaner specifically for MAF sensors. CRC seems to be the most common. Carb/brake cleaner is way too strong and can destroy it. GT

    Looks like your gonna have to throw the gauges on it and see what kind of readings you get. If the line is getting that cold that quick, I want to say there is a blockage of some sort. GT
