    how to seal coolant leak

I had a very similar issue years ago with a 302 block with 289 heads in a '66 Coupe. I added an Edelbrock alum. intake and had found coolant in the oil. I tried 3 times with 289 intake gaskets and once with the 302 intake gaskets to no avail. I ended up putting the OEM 4bbl intake back on...

    Hood Insulation

In the unfortunate event of an engine bay fire, the insulator's attachment "trees" melt and the insulator drops, effectively snuffing out the fire by starving it of oxygen. Oh, it's an engine sound insulator too. No, not all cars have them. There's a little trivia for ya....... GT

Having a problem with my 98 GT

Try cleaning the ground connections under the hood. There is one near the battery and as I remember there is one near the oil filter/sending unit. Dirty ground connections are known to cause some weird symptoms on all Ford vehicles. Don't rule out a set of new coils though. GT

    Slight Miss/Trans Shutter Issue

The first time I experienced this was with a '96 T-Bird. The trans needs a flush done. Should be done about every 40K. In your case I would recommend a filter change and go to a synthetic fluid as well. These flushes are worth every penny spent as the trans life is greatly increased. If you...

pics of exhaust around panhard bars...

MM's panhard rod will fit the OEM exhaust fine. Last time I looked, MM lists the few aftermarket cat backs it will fit w/o interferance on their website. The addition is great for the street/road race applications but not really needed for drag racing applications. GT
