    Just take it too a decent exhaust shop. Personaly I would just start pie-cutting and welding till I got it to fit. But you can save yourself the hassle and have a shop do it. Probably charge 40 bucks or so.

    I believe all manufacturers rate their engines with full accessories at the flywheel, its also corrected for standard atmoshere 29.92 HG and 67 deg and I dont remember the humidity factor.

    roller rocker noise

    The FMS ones from my experience go clackety clack, its normal, just a little louder valve-train. If you havent removed or modified the splash guard on the VC then you might get some contact. Or maybe you need some lifters.

    Yeah 5.0Ls are easy for head swaps. I once did a swap of my AFR 165s over to my buddies car, and his GT40Xs over to mine in one day. I lived, only to do it again the next weekend. Now my LS1 is making me a bit nervous when I contemplate a head swap.
