    03 cobra or 05 gt

I have both, and it depends on what you are looking for. The S197 platform is superior to my Cobra in EVERY way, except the go-pedal. If power is what you are after, and that's the most important thing to you, Cobra hands down. Other than that, go with the 05.

    roots vs. centrifical blower

Well, I have one car with a roots and one car with a centrifugal. 2 different animals for sure. The roots is brutal, the second you hit the pedal where the cent. has a but of a lag, but then start to pull real hard up top. I would say it depends on how much power you plan on making with...

BOWTIE.. Sorry to disappoint you, but the car was painted 2 years before Gone in 60 Secs came out, so I think they were copying me....lol If you look close, this car had very little to do with Eleanor, and by no means was a copy. That's why America is great though. You can do...

How much did it cost to have your wheels narrowed and are there any ill effects? I actually thought about that as well, getting the front trimmed to 8 inch would give me ALOT more clearance, that's for sure. Only problem is, then I have this brand new pair of 275/35s I'd have to do...

Nuthin makes me feel better than the rush of driving my 03 Cobra. After 3 1/2 years, it still floats my boat!

    will 18 x 9's fit up front on a 67 stang

I did get 18x9s to fir with 6.11 backspacing although some grinding of the UCA was required. Seemed to me just by grinding the outside a little, and the hat on top of the ball joint, it really didn't effect the structure of the UCA much... Thinking of going with coilovers but not sure if...

    UCA Question...

6.11 in the front and 6.29 in the back. Really, no prob at all in the rear... The front is definately a little close for comfort though.... The rears rub on occasion but it's the fender itself, not the wheelhouse. It has adjustable shocks all the way around on their loosest setting... I...

    UCA Question...

What's amazing is, there are no spacers anywhere. I have about 3/8 inches of room in the rear, never expect it to be a problem. The front is pretty tight though. I can actually turn the wheel both ways, all the way without any rubbing. Maybe the 9 inch rear is a little wider than the...

Well, we got it from a friend and got a great deal on it so there is no way to really know what he could have got if he really tried to sell it. I have seen lesser cars go for 30+ so i was just wondering. We have receipts for almost twice that....

Wasn't really all that difficult. In fact, I am glad I got these wheels before I searched here.... If you search here, you would think these size wheels and tires would never fit, but I let er rip and didn't think twice about it. The rears were no big deal at all. There was no rubbing...
