Lost 7 gallons of gas to the mean streets of az

yeah, it falls under my dad's list (bowtie guy) of "Ford's 'better' ideas" From what I can tell I could probably pull the back pass. tire remove the filler neck and probably do it without dropping the tank. Failboat?

    Mustang Hat !?!?!?!

hilariously enough, today I saw a flexfit pony hat on clearance at superwalm for $5, check the mens accessories section, they might still have a few left in your area. I actually picked up a ford racing one because I couldn't pass up such a deal.

Lost 7 gallons of gas to the mean streets of az

because my stupid fuel neck filler grommet failed. :bang::bang::bang::bang::bang::bang::bang::bang: crapola anyways, just thought I'd share that. I was hoping fuel dumping all over the rear tire would leave some kind of awesome 88mph time traveling burnout mark, but it just made my car...

Looking for street racers to interview

With as much road as we have out here in AZ, it really wouldn't hurt the city to sanction off parts of the road for a "run what you brung" night with some police and EMT. Our tracks are very far apart and it's $20 to run and $15 to watch at firebird raceway last time I went. I'm sure these...

Looking for street racers to interview

I've been involved in a couple "let's see who can reach 80mph faster" bouts on the road, and I have to say that street racing is completely idiotic. This is coming from someone who is 22. The problem is not taking the car out to the backroad and lining them up with a friend like "back in the...

    Which headlights?

yeah, when I saw that I posted that after you I was like, "haha, oh chit." it's cool. I'll :hail2: to your blackout job.

    Which headlights?

haha, I never said I held the most popular opinion. But then again, black out and lifted trucks go together like peas and carrots where I live and I hate both.

    Which headlights?

go with the clear ones, blackout cars always look butt ugly to me.

    98 4.6l intake manifold

I wouldn't advise using a pre 96 4.6L in your car. It'll probably be a PITA to convert it to OBD-II, and that model made less hp than your 98. Here are some other differences between the two 4.6L series of engines:

    I wanna see some 94-98 mustang :)

:stupid: Totally off topic, we have a forum dedicated to photoshop jobs. (although probably not for putting them on suburbans) Plus, the second wheel you posted was wicked ugly. :notnice: When it comes to stock trucks: OEM wheels or GTFO

Interesting article from Popular Mechanics on the 2010 GT500 suspension..

Hopefully these improvements will help it finally outrun a Corvette in stock trim. :rlaugh: Vette>all

How much oil for my stang?

My 1996 2V takes 6. I always fill the filter before I put it on the car and I've been running a mix of synthetic and conventional since I got the car, and every filter on my car is a Fram, which makes every mustang guy cringe for whatever reason. It has 167,xxx miles and gets WOT to 5k...

    Let's rate the new Mustang

I gave it a 3 - the back reminds me of candy land. Those tail lights are really odd looking. - The front still looks like a ninja turtle because of the goofy bloated hood - it would do fine with that 315hp if it weighed as much as my optionless 96 - the quarter windows are lame...

    01 bowtie S10

One thing I advise about the 4.3L is to just treat it like a truck. That engine is just a 350 with two cylinders knocked off and it is very unbalanced. I had a really stupid friend that thought it would be a real hot rod if he upped the red line to 6k using a tuner and was finding metal slivers...
