    t5 swap driveshaft length/vibration question

I had the SAME problem. I ended up putting a few thick washers between the tranny mount and the mount itself. I don't think it was an angle issue just the mount needed a better foundation and the problem went away.

67 hood: repro vs original tooling?

Buck up with no regrets. As always, you get what you pay for. I bougth a repo hood and yes it fits great and looks fine but it is of lighter gauge metal and if it was ever in a hail storm more than likely the hood would show the most damage. Believe me I have seen it happen to repo stuff...

    Need help with headers

I have FPA headers http://www.fordpowertrain.com/ nice but pricey due to my GT40P heads. They have a header that fits too. Go with Hooker shorties if you can so that you wont have any problems later when you want to to a R&P swap.

    Mushy power brakes, Arizona Emissions

The Bendix unit has tabs that are bent down to squeeze both halves of the unit together. I do not know what makes them different. My only guess is that disc brakes require more boost? The first time I did the swap and used the correct booster the brakes were much more sensitive.

Thoughts on this flywheel for T5 swap?

I got my current flywheel from Summit after making many mistakes. I can't remember exactly but I think you need a 164 tooth flywheel, with the correct imbalance for your engine to fit the late model T5 bellhousing.

    Mushy power brakes, Arizona Emissions

What does your booster look like, if it has the metal band around it, then you have the wrong booster for disc brakes.
