    Not really, function is #1 prioraty. I ended up buying brass terminals, much stronger than lead terminals. Still didn't fix my issue. I will make a new post reguarding that.

    After reading more it looks like I had the cheap LEAD terminals that end up bending. I see brass terminals. Just want something strong that wont bend.

    Engine Stock fan replacement need to move more air

    The computer does not enguage the high speed fan mode until 210 deg. Low speed at 190-195ish So unless you get a manual fan switch or reprogram your computer. A new fan will help stablize your engine temp but not get it lower than the programed temp.

    That is odd with the coil being defective. Under load that would arc over to anything metal. I actually just bought a replacement plug for the part that goes into the coil. I have to splice that in this weekend.

    I can only think that you TPS sensor is bad. This sensor calculates load and adjusts timing accordingly. If you are running the ECM test and the car can rev itself using the IAC valve to allow more air in (not by the use of the Throttle Body) and it is fine. It seems that would be the issue...

    Your Fuel Pressure is set too high. (causing a rich condition, in turn could be out of the range for O2 correction of +- 15%) With vaccume OFF is should be 36-40 With vaccume ON is should drop down to 26-30 (my car is at 28)

    38-40PSI is normal with no vaccum or under load. Should be around 28-32 with vaccum on the regulator. Maybe there is your vaccume leak? There is a vaccume line from the intake manifold that goes to the fuel pressure regulator. Vaccume leaks / blown intake gaskets / PVC tube all will idle OK...
