    not sure if the factory gauge will work on an aftermarket sending unit or not? Maybe someone else can chime in? Otherwise you can get a brass t fitting at your local hardware store, you can remove the stock piece to take with you to make sure you get the correct thread.

    You'll be able to make more power than that block will handle. I wouldnt go over 450whp with an auto. That will still be on the edge, you just never know. It's all in the tune. Just stay conservative

You completed the first step with the wideband but without anything additional i.e. fuel pressure gauge, tuning software there isnt much else that gauge will do for you except tell you when to back out of it.     thats exactly what I was thinking of trying but when you clay for PTV clearance the head is off...if you clay the plug it will just come off when you try to thread it into the chamber I would think. So I guess the correct way would be to pull the head then....?

    High flow water pump, which is best?

    Water wetter and straight water in your system...maybe 5-10 percent coolant. Should help out a little. But if your fan isnt working right then that is what you need to address, not the pump
