A couple of questions you need to ask yourself. How much HP do I want to have? What is my budget for this project? Is it possible to get the HP increase I want within my budget and what will give me the most HP increase for each dollar spent?

39# injectors good to what rating?

fuel pressure - boost pressure = pressure differential. Are you running a boost referenced fuel pressure regulator?

39# injectors good to what rating?

An N/A engine may have a BSFC of around .4. That means it will make 1 HP from each .4 pound of fuel per hour. While a boosted engine is not as effcient and may be around .5 pound of fuel per hour. 8 - 39# injectors at 90% Duty Cycle is 280.8 lbs /hr of fuel. The more efficient your...

39# injectors good to what rating?

There is no one answer fits all. Based on how efficient your engine is the more HP per pound of fuel it will make. 8 - 39# injectors at 90% Duty Cycle. Equation (39 * 8 * .9) / bsfc bsfc Flywheel HP 0.4000 702 0.4200...

    How fast is my car?

We do  What do we have to base that on? It has been answered. The only way to know for sure is to take it to the track. Based on a HP and torque number the best that can be done is a guess. Does this dyno read high does this dyno read low. Are these corrected numbers and if so to...

    Mustang Turbo

Once you get your mass air flow down I like to look at as 3300 lbs/hr. You can than start on fuel. At 11.5:1 you need 286.2 lbs/hr. Then you can look at inter coolers which finally brings up inlet charge temperature / density ratio the real number to tell how much HP you will make.

Calculations - the REAL effect of rotating weight

This is what makes people that drive different class / speed / hp vehicles so impressive to watch. As each vehicle will take a different amount of time to travel the roll out distance. They have to mental adjust to this so as to not red light. Then you can through in deep and sallow staging.
