    @hoopty5.0 So I understand fully, it has spark even when it doesn't run correct? It almost certainly has to be some sort of mechanical issue or methodology that's causing the problem. 20 degrees fixed should run identical to 20 degrees from the table.

    I agree with jozsefsz, 69shocktower's info is not true at all. A wideband sensor will thread into the same bung as the stock sensor but that's as far is it goes, you absolutely need the controller for it to "work".

    Sounds to me like you have a round tooth 2.3 belt on a square tooth 2.3 pulley arrangement, assuming there is proper tension on the belt before startup and the tensioner is tightened down. It's really the only thing that can cause it.
