How many spark plugs in 2.3L 4cyl`

Give it time :D . I remember going from my '88 to a new '93 and I'd "swear" I could feel the extra 17hp and 3 lb-ft of tq  Looking back, all I was feeling was the shorter rear gear and shorter 1st gear of the T-5. :D But it was good times and everytime I fill up my gas...

    pony tires

The 225/55 is the stock size and on a 7" rim, there is really no need to go wider. However, 245/50s look way better, imo :D . But you won't really gain anything performance-wise with the wider tire. Carlos

    85 5.0 v.s 2000 v6

It was automatic wasn't it? If it was a 5-speed, in good shape, I'd say you'd lose by length to 100. They run 210 hp, 270 lb-ft. And some 5-speeds came with 3.27s. Besides, they weigh alot less than the SN95s. Carlos

There are some 55-series tires that handle worse than a 60-series tire. Also, keep in mind that the 215/65 is...

    91 2.3 needs help

If you haven't maintained it well over the past couple years, fresh plugs, wires, pcv valve, fuel filter (these items always help). Make a home-made cold air kit (use search), K&N filter and then open up the crappy exhaust with a Ranger header, 40-series Flowmaster muffler and let her rip. You...

    2.3 n/a mustang goes 120mph!

Ages ago, I took a '93 5-speed up to 103 in 4th, following my brother's 300ZX. I stayed at around 103 for about 15 seconds and that's it, could go no faster. (I had V-rated Eagle GTs 225/60s so I know the tires could take it). I've had my 9C1 up to 148 before taking a crap and letting off...
