    well the only other thing which has actually already been mentioned is to make certain there is enough fluid in it. you have to check the level when its running and in drive (have a helper). It may be stuck in neutral like u said, but without enough fluid it wont turn either. just a thought...

    I just think your car is possesed. that is the weirdest thing i have ever heard! I dont know how your wires would short together like that, but im sure its in the dash somewhere. they must be pinched. the wiper circuit isnt even related to the starter circuit.

    Well the reason i bought the platinum plugs was because o.e. was platinum. but the bosch's are obviously a little different. like i said i replaced the one with a autolite platinum which is the same thing as a motorcraft o.e. platinum, so i will probably end up going with those before too long...

    yeah, ford wont even touch it. heck, a meineke shop around where i live took my car off the lift just for not having cats and it was an 84gt. federal regs. it would be big money for ford to pay if they so much as changed a tire on your car
