    I know this thread is a little old but I was wondering if the Cervinis Heat Extractor hood would elminate the problem. I have the same problem as everyone else in this thread and was just wondering if that hood would help. My hood starts doing the shake at 80mph (especially with a head wind)...

    It happens when I make a sharp turn in either direction. This has been happenning all winter. I like the air bubble theory thanks guys when I visit the the dealer next month I will have them look at it and mention the air bubble and see what they say. Again thanks alot.

    What is your SPEEDVOL setting?

    I have mine set to 4. My volume is usually on 2-1/2 to 3 depending on the CD. I don't change it when Im on the highway.

    I couldn't agree more I did the same thing and will do the same thing this year. These cars are not that bad in the snow at all. Im going to try to put two 30LB sand bags in the trunk when it gets really bad but thats more for an experiment than anything else.

    braking in car?

    Well when I got my 06 the dealer said to drive it normally and specifically not to baby it because the computer has to get used to your driving habbits and adjust shift patterns etc. He did say something about not using cruise control for the first 1000 miles. Hope this helps.

    "Perma Plate" Finish Protector

    I got the same thing when I got my 06 GT. I think it lasted about 5 or 6 months. I have a contact at a dealer who gets me free permaplate so I didn't mind so much. In my opinion its pretty good while it lasts.:shrug:

    I could be wrong but I don't think he is refering to the "good" noises. I think he means like clacking injectors and rattling belts. I haven't really noticed it before but now that Im thinking about it next time Im on the road I will listen closer.
