    410 Gears and Winter Driving, okay, or no way?

    If you drive a powerful car, rwd, automatic, be careful. During (in my area) our once a year snowstorm, I see people drive thru an intersection with: the rear wheels rotating, the front wheels NOT rotating. These people are usually in a beemer. Avoid doing this.

    Where can I find background info about the function that 'mil eliminators' perform? These things are spliced into the wiring of the 2nd (more downstream) o2 sensors? The (two of them) second o2 sensors are checking the function of the catalytic converter in front of it?

    So, a 'flow is a glaspack, with a generous amount of fiberglass/mineral glass, while a 'pack has no 'glass, its essentially an arrangement of tubes? :shrug: Has anyone ever cut a 'pack open?

    How much volume of air (at the intake) does a KB (any version) supercharger push with each revolution of its pulley? The typical published info ... flow at zero pressure, and/or pressure at zero flow... is useless.

    A panhard will help your cornering. It won't help you at the dragstrip. ... A torque arm would help at the dragstrip.

    Thermostat Install Help

    I seem to remember that the o-ring 'stays' with the top part. I hope that helps. You might want to try to fix the leak without the t-stat (ok in the summer) ,,, fix one thing at a time.

    This tread is :rlaugh: Backpressure from the muffler is never good. People who say otherwise are either... trying to sell you something...or are confused, cuz a freeflowing muffler will add torque mostly at high rpm, thus , the torqus curve will feel less peaky, the less 'peaky' is...
