    You don't have to rewire the CCRM to move it, the only wires I had to extend to move it where the fan wires. (I disconnected the wire for the overflow bottle so you would want to do that also.) So like 6~ wires total.

    It is a good bit of work, and will be pretty big undertaking if you are not confident in your skills to do it all. Very doable with time and patience. As for rebuilding the heads, at the least I would have them checked by a Machine shop. It cost me 75$ a head to have new seals, valves...

    Hope you aren't thinking nitrous itself is explosive? :) As for what your paying for, your buying the kit that injects it. (And the extra fuel needed) For 700$ you are probably getting some extras too.

    I'm sure you've already checked. But make sure your PCV is good, it doesn't usually cause issues during decel but it can put undue pressure on things elsewhere.

    That looks really dirty. I'd be flushing the car like no tomorrow, may even consider taking the radiator to a shop and having it hot tanked.

    Was a company doing this for 94-98's at one time, not sure what ever happened to them. Looked pretty cool, my only issue was the part you remove is so big you better not leave the car out of site or get caught in the weather. (They made it 1 piece so it wouldn't fit in your truck I think.)...
