    Diablo Predator Timing

    I bumped my timing up +3 bringing it close to 15* as possible. I also use 93 octane (thanks Texas!) 3 "diablo units" plus 12* is around 15* this gave me no trouble whatsoever and I noticed a BIG sotp difference, but I also bumped my fuel up to accomodate for the hotter spark....

    I dont know about you guys but when I had my o\r H every time I had to drive more than a few miles I would be able to smell exhaust fumes on my clothes. Something to think about if you are going to be on a date!! :notnice:

    I am running at 15* .. remember that the stock timing is usually 12* . If you set the timing at 14 or 15, remember to run at least 91 octane, 93 if you can get it.

    Also keep in mind that you can adjust the rich/lean mixture with the predator, and since it is an actual re-program, the computer wont "learn" around it.... :shrug:

    I dont have that option on mine, so I did the only things that it would let me: egr - off (not sure what this will do) obdII - off obdII test- off Any suggestions?? It reads that the heater bank sensor is tripping the light, but doesnt give me the option to shut them off, just to clear...

    Mine gave me a gob of tq. I am totally happy with mine. If you start fine tuning the fuel air ratio, you can even squeeze more out of it!! But mine did not give me the option to turn off my O2 sensors. Can anyone tell me why??

    Pulleys for 4.6

    I have Steedas and love them. Good SOT pants feel for a cheap upgrade. Definitely couple it with a T/A or programmer.(programmer if possibe, but I am biased) and you will really feel a difference!!

    I tried to turn mine off even though I bought some extensions, and my light is STILL on....Anybody have any suggestions. Could the light be due to the bump in fuel I gave it??? I dont have an option on my predator to turn my O2 sensors off :shrug:
