    having cleaned the maf yet :( Won't run at all. It's weird.. all was fine. We drive it to work 4 or 5 times a week. I wash it on sunday, crank it monday morning, no luck :( and no, I didn't spray under the hood

    thanks for the info I think it's more then the maf now. I tried to start it today and it shook, gurgled, rattled, and died. Next time I tried to start it, it would start up, Starter was turning and all. I'm thinking it's the fuel pump or fuel filter. Filter was replaced before we moved here, so...

    we have a whole fleet of exploders at work. One is that body style. 4x4 4.0 auto. Good truck. The shifter is kinda weird, maybe broken. It's hard to put in P other then that, it has about 80k hard work miles on it and it's only had minor electrical problems which could be related to the radios...

    there was no amp under my head unit. That's only for 00 and older (or whatever years someone else listed) I have an XM unit sitting under my radio :D you should really check the sound forum :nice:

    What kind of gas mileage to expect from a 96-02 GT?

    we rarely get below 24mpg, but we mostly drive it to work. On long road trips, 28 or better is not uncommon. I have gotten 31 once, but it was a long road trip on back country roads, so we rarely went over 60 mph
