I live in Oklahoma and we don't really have pump gas higher than 91 octane and my tuner said that's limiting me quite a bit. I use to have a 101 tune on it but never really used it...

    Its the tensioner not having any hydraulic pressure. Mine did the same thing. If you have the motor on a stand and the oil pan off, flip the motor over, pour some oil down the pick up and it wont do that anymore. It will be fine once you have oil pressure.
