    Very smelly. I have a Magnaflow X-pipe W/Cats and it smells like a combination of gun powder and rotten eggs. Hopefully I'll get rid of that with the off-road X I'm putting on next week.

    Eventually I probably will. Baby steps first. I had been thinking all along that I would end up with it at 36 advanced. I really think I will also need to bump my jets up a couple.     Update: Just got back from a test run. I set the initial/base timing at 15 with the advanced at 33. No detonation. Going to take it to the track tomorrow night and make a couple passes and pull the plugs. Maybe jet it up a little and bump the timing up to 16. I'll update again after I get back...

    You won't have any issues with P/V clearance with the E-cam. I have basicly the same cam with 1.6 RR's and am fine. Put the heads on and enjoy them for the rest of the summer. Make the 347 a winter project. Sells the 165's and the 306 with the E7's on it, buy some 185's and use any extra money...

    Long tubes or equal lengths?

    Don't know why everyone is trashing equal length headers. Mine slipped right in and were easy to bolt on. A lot easier then any long tubes I've put on other cars in the past. The Ford 9MM wires go on with no touching.

    I've heard the same thing about the springs on my Edelbrocks. I'm thinking about a 100 shot and I've been told I better go with a stronger spring before I go on the bottle.

    Axle Bearing Question

    Strange. Anytime I've replaced axle bearings they were the same radius on either side. Try test fitting the bearings on the axles first, that may tell you how it goes it. PS ... the all Indiana thread.
