    Vortech bypass valve

I'm not positive but I dont think you can. I believe when you vent to atmosphere you need a Bow off valve vice the bypass we run. I'm still learning about this stuff so I'll let the pro's on here add to this.

    Vortech Belt Replacement

honestly I just changed mine and i didn't think it was too bad. I did mine from underneath, insert the rachet in the idler and take the tension off the belt and with the other arm reach up and pull the belt off the alternator (it will be tight but it will come off )then just snake it out. You...

"unusual" type of air filter needed...

it looks like a crankcase vent. K&N among others make those in all different styles and sizes. Just do a search on "crankcase vent". Also I'm not possitive but I dont think you want to vent a blown aplication other than the pcv valve but I'm not positive, maybe someone else can chime in on that...

    Which Bypass for my Vortech?

I'll call Vortech on Monday and probably take you up on that offer, I'll send you a pm Monday. As far as the whole traction thing goes, there are a few variables in play: 1. I'm running 315/30ZR 18's in the rear (Michelin model xxx?) 2. My control arms were popping like crazy, I'm almost...

    Which Bypass for my Vortech?

I have to be honest, because my car has absolutley no hook at all, it's actually scary to stay in it long enough to see if maybe I can get 11-12lbs. I have definitley seen 10 quickly before I let out of it. I'm in the process of doing alot work to the car to make it more safe. (UPA/LCA's, full...

    Which Bypass for my Vortech?

I'm currently running a 3.12" pulley on my V2 and seeing a consistant 10lbs non intercooled. I'm installing a FMIC this winter and was wondering if I should just stick with the standard Bosch bypass valve (Vortech rates it at 6-12 LBS) or upgrade to a Vortech Maxflow or Mondo? Obviously they are...

question about fuel pressure guage install

Chris thanks for your help, that is one trick set up! I may also do the remote mounting, otherwise it looks like I would have the sender atached and pointing straight up with the wire connection comming out of the top, I dont think that will look too good. Thanks for the tips. Steve

    Good Deal? 01 GT

if i'm not mistaken the Canadian and U.S. dollar are about the same right now, so with that being said 6g for a 60k mile 01GT isn't bad at all. as long as it's clean and runs strong I would say go for it. Pictures? By the way I recently payed a little over 12G for a 99GT, it has the 99th...

Just got the stang back from getting tinted and it looks fantastic (35 on the sides, 20 on the rear) but I never took into acount the Dot Matrix until I went to pick it up! Ughh. The tint job is incredible but the rear window dot matrix looks horrible. I told him that I like to show the car in...
