    I would go with the bigger gear. You can add a spoiler and a stripe later if you really want to much easier than swapping the gear. And I personally hate stripe but that's just my opinion.

    Awesome, thank you everybody. I'm still not sure whether I'm going to end up with a v8 coupe or v6 vert but knowing that freaking stripe can be removed helps with the decision.

    Absolutely, looks better than I imagined it would. Definitely skip the hood decal now, I think it would take away from the grille.
