    Kenny Brown makes really good stuff. Personally I use Maximum Motorsports because they are local to me and I have had really awesome customer service from them. If I was starting all over I would consider Kenny Brown, MM, or Griggs for a HPDE build.

    The cal code should come up in a parts lookup with the VIN. Your car is too old for OASIS to work unfortunately. If you call a dealer and they can't figure it out pm me your VIN or at least post the last 8 digits and I can check.

    Aftermarket Coil On Plug Sets, Worth It?

    No performance advantage to the aftermarket coils. There are plenty of threads on other forums where people have issues with the aftermarket coils with a higher frequency to the Motorcraft coils. Actually I have seen engines make less power with aftermarket coils, mostly on Terminators.

    The Dorman intake uses o-rings to seal against the head. Factory intakes use flat gaskets. Your dealer will sell you flat gaskets which will not work with the Dorman intake.

    What are your goals? Do you live anywhere where they do emission testing? I personally prefer an offroad X pipe with Borla Stinger type mufflers on a mod motor.

    1/4" is about what I have in-between my 00R calipers and my Steeda Ultralites/Konig Villians.

    Motorcraft only, don't waste your time with anything else. We replace so many brand new, boutique spark plugs that make Ford's run like junk. Putting in Motorcraft plugs makes all the issues go away.

    It goes to the inlet hose for the heater core. It is one of those tubes where if you have the intake off, you might as well replace it because Murphy's Law will come into effect and it will leak and the intake will come back off to replace it.

    If you buy that tube, get the 2 replacement o-rings from the dealer. The number escapes me right now, but they are somewhere around $15 each IIRC.

    The Dorman intake manifold uses o-rings around each port in place of the OEM flat gaskets. FWIW we still get a lot of intakes with aluminum crossovers leaking just like the plastic ones, even on -11 Crown Vics.

    Intake with gaskets built in?

    The intake with the o-rings built into it is from Dorman, it is not a Ford part. Ford did use that style on late 4.6L 2V's, but never on a -04 Mustang.
