    YR33 on the prefix of the engineering number indicates a part first used on 2000 Mustangs. Most likely those are the factory dampeners.

    kinky, i like it. lower it about 1/2" in the front and about 1" in the rear and its perfect. btw in all my time here i think this is the first time i have ever said i liked someone's wheel choice.

    Are you talking front or rear. Fronts they make a special dual piston compressor. I got mine from MATCO, its a piston grip looking compessor. for the rears you use the tool Dark showed to turn them in.

    just curious, what color did you order? I was going through the daily printouts pulling parts invoices and included are the new vehicle delivery routes. Any car that was black or red says "production delayed, no date for production at this time."

    use your fav brand of 5w20 oil and a Motorcraft FL-820s and you are good. BTW its Mobil, not mobile oil.

    That looks like its been added after the car is built. Ford generally does not use those type of wiring splices.

    We are actually the cheapest dealer in town. It helps we are across the street from a dealer that sells Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Land Rover, Jaguar, Smart. Theyre a measely $150 an hour. Also remember the average home price is around $1million here.

    I know at my dealer we are $110 an hour. Something like this we wouldn't even give the customer the option of not doing the chains, just makes no sense to save $60 when you're dropping so much at one time.

    If it were me doing the job, that is what I would do. But then again I hate doing a job twice. The key is to ask yourself what your time is worth. Think about how much per hour you would pay yourself to do a job.

    Are rear Cobra brakes worth it?

    I had it on my 98. I put the kit on including cobra calipers when i did the Cobra R front brakes. I had to replace my axle bearings anyway, so i had everything apart already.

    Which catted X pipe? A lot of the ones on the market are not efficient at all and will turn on a light, hence all of them being illegal in CA.

    They do blow out, but its not as common. I had a talk with a Ford Field Service Engineer about anti-seize on plugs, some interesting insight from the mother ship about not using it.
