    I think its sad that your talking b.s. about your work place. Makes me wonder what type of quality work you put out. I work at a Ford dealership as a mechanic and I've seen many of our Body Shop's paint jobs and they are of high quality, we even have "state of the art" paint booths.

    Sorry to say but it looks like that engine was not properly maintained. All that black sludge means Lack of oil changes. I would pull the heads and clean as much carbon off the chambers heads and valves. Basically freshin up the top end while you half way there.
