    Just the fact you have to change the valvesprings due to the lift of the camshafts. They won't work with the stock ones.

    Our stage 1 n/a cams gained 22rwhp (without a retune) on a stock longblock (bullitt intake and longtubes). Our stage2 n/a cams gained 29rwhp on a COMPLETELY stock car (only had flow master mufflers).

    As far as wanting to go a blower in the future........ then get a blower cam. A blower cam will still add N/A power, but will really wake up with the forced induction behind it. No need to spend the money twice. A blower cam will work good n/a, but an n/a cam won't work so good with a blower...

    Honestly, for your car, I'd personally run the stage2 heads with the stage1 cams. It's not raced on a regular basis, so I think the stage1's will give you the power you want, the sound you want, and the drivability characteristics you demand. My .02. :flag:

    The stage one cams will work well with porting of the heads. Anytime you can increase airflow through the engine, it is going to make more power. The stock intake is restrictive of the stage2 cams, however, with an upper plunum swap and throttle body (ie: Accufab), the intakes work quite well...

    Definately a worth while mod if you're looking for more top end power. Our cams followed the stock cams till 4000rpm, then simply pulled away. They "should" be able to pass Cali emissions, but I honestly don't know for sure, and wouldn't be able to guarantee anything unfortunately. :flag:

Biggest problem with cam manufacturers is not being able to test for emissions (they vary so much state to state, etc.), so it's hard to say "yes it will pass for A, but...

    I worked there for 3 years.............and YES those cams lope. You'll require a custom tune for optimum idle characteristics and power. They have less lift than your stock cams, but more duration. Not the best choice for n/a power IMHO. However, if it's a good deal, then bonus.
