My car sees only city driving. Since you have 3.73s, couldnt your MPGs be a little inflated too?- sade04

Least favorite work to do on your stang?
+1000 on the diff fluid...filling it up was a pita. the catback sucked major a** and while doing the rear springs, trying to remove/install the bolt that mounts the lca to the axle...i dunno it took us forever- sade04

new clutch...potential problem??
ok i just had the owner of the shop drive the car and he assures me that its normal. maybe the vibration/slack wasnt as bad as i had thought. im def gonna get a new quadrant and firewall adjuster...steeda ok?- sade04

new clutch...potential problem??
Besides the vibration and slack in the beginning, the clutch feels fine. It grabs about half way up from the floor, which i think is normal right? Im gonna take it back to the shop first and see if they can do any adjustments. thanks guys- sade04

i just had a new clutch installed on tuesday and today i was getting a wierd vibration from the clutch pedal. I think its most apparent @ 2k and above. To feel the vibration, i dont actually push the clutch pedal in, just place my foot on it, not applying any pressure at all. Also the...- sade04

gears and clutch installed!
He charged about 490 for the gears and all new bearings, that was with me supplying the parts. I guess most places would do it for 300ish but i dont think they include the time to do the bearings.- sade04

wow what a difference....shoulda gotten both done 3 years ago when i first got the car. the mechanic said mine was one of the stiffest clutches he had ever felt.....now its light as a feather:D haha im still tryin to get the hang of it. the shop owner was cool as hell, he was showing me...- sade04
