    Its called a "rev limiter"...a factory precaution so you don't blow it up...it sucks when your not paying attention and hit it...feels like you just ran out of gas :D

    I have no problems with rubbing or anything, the only thing you have to remember is that it may hit some curbs and such so be careful and park back far enough. It became a habit fast to park back a bit farther.

    I also ordered side skirts and a rear facia today...wil post pics when they get put on. Next up will be this hood Its fully functional and I will be able to retain it and my Steeda CAI when I install the Saleen SC system :D

    Actually nothing you put on your car can "instantly" void your warranty. If you have a failure and need warranty work, they would have to prove that the aftermarket component caused the failure or was directly connected to the failure. Just FYI :) With that said ..I'm still waiting to...
