    I'm thinking, so far, that with a rear seat delete, updates to the stock suspension, radiator, flywheel, exhaust system, drive-shaft, battery, run-flats and maybe a few carbon fiber replacements (preferably doors), a weight savings of around 300-350lbs shouldn't be too far outta the ballpark...

    Alright, I know you can do things like a rear seat delete, get run flats - dump the spare, pull out things like sound deadening, etc., etc. But I'm interested in finding out about chassis, suspension, engine modifications that could really make a significant difference in weight savings...

    I'll tell ya, living in Phoenix, I've never seen so many cars that are rolling on 20's or bigger. I've lived in San Fran, Denver, Chicago, Orlando and nowhere do people go all hog wild over large rims like here in Phoenix. Heck, I even saw a Hummer rolling on 26s no more than a week ago...

    That's what I thought as well. With 20s it also looks as though you don't need to lower the ride height as well. Nice to see such a good response to this poll :nice: :D

    This arguement is always being discussed on various forums I frequent. So I thought I'd, why not poll our StangNet members and get a good idea as to which size is most popular on the new Mustang. There are lots of reasons for peoples choice, but the biggest I see is for the 'rice' issue...
