    Easy as balls... just don't be freaked out when the front springs pop out of their rust-encrusted lower seats... alls ya gotta do for the fronts is take off the calipers, disconnect the sway bar, then put a jack under the a arm and unhook the strut completely top and bottom... lower the a arm...

    Though... (I know, double post, stfu already) best 1/4 mile improvement was definitely my suspension... find an adjustable shock/strut with some Eibach pro-kits (total price tag for the D-specs and Pro Kit for me = $729.00) and your 60 foots and overall times will drop like mad... my best 60'...

    Just replaced a-arm bushings....here's some advice...

    96-98 yeah it's quite a whore to get them out/in... but when I put Eibachs in my 99 vert, they just popped right out :)

    Gears will certainly NOT improve engine life... you have it backwards my friend. If you upgrade from a 3.23 gear setup to a 3.73, instead of the engine having to turn the pinion 3.23 turns for every 1 ring gear turn, it has to turn it 3.73 turns now... more work for the same speed, thus more...

    I think that wheel style came in around '01 or '02... also only the '03-'04 Cobras had superchargers. The Mach1 and Cobra engines were the same until then (aside from the shaker hood of course :P)
