    The shop will NOT hot tank a block with cam bearings still installed. If your going to have them hot tank it the block you WILL need new cam bearings.

    Not exactly. I broke a shaft on my bronco and the axle was only held in by the rear disk brakes. I knew the sec it broke but the shaft never came out on it own. chewed the brakes up but held the shaft in there.

    You can check the rod and mains yourself by using plastic gauge "or something like that". You can also do the cam bearinging yourself. you just punch the old ones out and install the new ones but make sure you have the oil holes lined up to the holes in the block.     If it only shakes in gear i would say it's in the trans. I assume the shifter was on there before with no problem? Also check the u-joints

    You can try that but i doubt you'll see much play. If any at all. Mine had a little clunk but only if you listen for it. What the give-away on my was the hummmming sound and the killer shake up to about 65.

    To save yourself some money remove everything from the block. Freeze plugs, caps and stuff like that. Leave nothing on the block at all.     Maybe by doing that with the pipes not on the car they could have warped? I don't have experience with MAC. The last time i installed long tubes and pro-chamber it was a Bassani kit.

    I only say this because i had to replace it on my old 87 T/C. Pinion bearing. Also does it shake or vibrate? Make a hummming sound at speed?

    Was yours also converted to 5 lug? I'm just wondering if his problem is in the brakes. If he's using Turbo Coupe brakes with the 94 rotors That may be the problem.

    What rear brakes are you using? The Turbo Coupe or the 94 rear brakes? Your %100 the noise is coming from the gear set and not the brakes? Sounds like something in the gear set. Any vibrations when your driving? What about the u-joints?
