    I might be wrong but i belive if you remove the VSS from the cruise control you will have problems with the driveability. Maybe someone else can chime in on that.

    So are you saying their wrong? 89 is my favorite because of the tilt and mass air. Well my 2nd favorite. 1st being the 82 GT "Maroon with black interior" 2nd is a white 89 coupe.

    This may sound stupid but did you tighten the cable to the starter? I've done it. Just finger tighten them and forgot about it. It would start once then it would'nt start the next time. After i remembered what i did i tightened it and it was all good again

    I have seen the timing cover go bad and cause that very problem. I know it's very rare but i have seen that problem and never count it out. I'm not saying thats your problem but i have seen it once before. May i add that engine was very old and very high miles

    That looks like part# M-8511-A50. Ford Racing A.C. Eliminator kit. I think you can get them from summit for less then 30 bucks. I'm going to guess and say your car has no AC on it an more.

    Never dealt with them but i think it's a cool price. Although what they show in the pic is not what you get. those look like adjustables to me. I have the GR-2 sturts and like them. Nothing special but they do the job just great
