    lol, hey.. a turbo is a "bolt on" I bet if you run Gainsville or Bradenton you would knock off an easy .2-.5 seconds on the ET, as compared to OSW.

    Not sure if it's a record, but Chris over on TM.com had a 95 Cobra (white) that I believe dipped into the high 10's with. This was on a 100% stock longblock with a turbocharger.

    tccoa has a wealth of knowledge.. Yes, the 99- up 4r70w's are built alittle better ( better internals) then the older AODE's ( atleast the early 94's). You can beef up the trans you have though, it just might end up to be more expensive. And im sure you know, the 4R70w from a V8 mustang...

    So can someone explain to me why the 5.0 meter will not work? If it's simply a different plug ( Im aware that it is) that can easly be swapped over to the 96-01 style plug. My understanding is that the cars EEC calibrates the mass air for the injectors, so I would have to get a tune regardless...

    I remember running a 14.5@97 in my completly stock 01 GT 4R70w 60' was 2.2 I believe.. I see no reason why with good tires and 410 gears you should'nt be in the mid 13's ( if your close to sea level)
