    SEM hands down. Don't put anything else on your car unless you are superman like @Davedacarpainter ... Then rules don't really apply to you. Like gravity, etc. On a serious note, My son and I restored his car and the SEM is truly spot on, designed for restoration, and will hold up way longer...

    Our house is now completely gutted, chemically treated and dried out with machines to avoid rot or mold. Have a company working on a bid for rebuild.

    I hired some guys to finish the demo that can bill my insurance. They specialize in flood and fire cleanup. I'll have to hire another company to rebuild. With the refinery being flat on it's butt, I'm not going to have free time for months.. I couldn't do it myself if I wanted to for that reason.
