    Well that's one way to do them I suppose! Glad to hear you are getting them fixed properly however I don't think I would bother removing them until you have the new ones put in.

    If you've already got them unpainted, I would go the POR15 route and then once they've been welded on make another pass at covering up any bare metal.

    Looks good, almost looks like it has no engine from the angle of the picture but then again it does appear to have a transmission w/shifter from the inside pic so. Interior looks real clean.

    Haha that is a good point, last trans swap I did I had the front end up on ramps and the rear on the ground because I hate having the car up high, there was certainly zero room for any sort of trans jack.

    Good deal! It's slightly hard to tell what color it is but I looks like reef blue to me? I'd not even consider swapping the front end back personally since it's already been converted.

    Awesome looking car, it may be rare to find one basically stock but that would not dissuade me from making tasteful modifications in the least.

    If you say you're not a convertible guy then I would absolutely not bother. Also, you say "you're ready to mod" so why would you buy a car that's already modded when the only modding it seems you'd be doing is returning some aspects back to stock to be able to pass emissions?
